ER 430L Welding Wire

OVERVIEW OF ER 430L WELDING WIRE

ER 430L is a ferritic stainless steel welding electrode renowned for its low carbon content, which minimizes sensitization and improves resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is ideal for joining ferritic stainless steels and similar parent materials where distortion control and weld integrity are essential.

This welding wire offers:

  • Stable arc and smooth bead appearance
  • Excellent resistance to oxidation and scaling at high temperatures
  • Low risk of weld cracking
  • Controlled mechanical properties for dependable performance.
