OVERVIEW OF ER 308 / ER 308Si WELDING WIRE
ER 308 / ER 308LSi welding wire is a high-quality austenitic stainless steel filler metal widely used for welding 18-8 stainless steels. It is specifically designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and smooth weld bead appearance.
The ER 308LSi variant contains low carbon (L) and king it ideal for applications requiring superior weld fluidity, reduced carbide precipitation, and enhanced weld aesthetics. These welding wires are commonly used in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes.
