Material Testing Facilities

Building the highest quality steel has been our strategic enterprise-wide undertaking, requiring us to systematically ramp up the material testing facilities. For ensuring the quality at every step well equipped Laboratories are in place with the ultra-modern equipments. Well-documented procedures ensure correctness in testing and certification of the products.

Standards Specification
EN, DIN, JIS, ASTM, ASME, NACE, AISI, QQS, MILS (as per the requirement)

Test Certificate
Test Certificate is supplied with each delivery, in accordance to EN 10204 - 3.1 format.

Optimum chemical balance is maintained for controlling the Delta Ferrite content in Austenitic Stainless Steels.

By maintaining close chemistry, Hardenability Band within 5 HRC max. can be ensured for a single point specification.
